This page describes how TripMila works today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice or a legal guarantee. Items marked OWNER DECISION REQUIRED are decisions the business has not made yet. It does not remove any right you have under the law, including consumer protection law.
1. Request, quote and confirmed booking
A fare shown on the website is a quote. Submitting your details is a request. Neither reserves a vehicle. Your trip is a confirmed booking only after TripMila confirms it to you. See the Terms & Conditions.
2. Availability of vehicles and fares
Vehicles, drivers and fares depend on availability and may change before confirmation. A vehicle type may not be offered for a route or date. Fares we show are based on the details you enter and distances that are approximate estimates, not live map data.
3. Estimated fares and additional charges
The final fare can differ from the estimate if the trip changes (distance, route, number of days, waiting time, night driving) or if charges marked “extra at actuals”, such as tolls, parking or permits, apply. 4. Traffic, weather, delays and route changes
Journey times shown are estimates. Traffic, weather, road works, closures, breakdowns and events outside our control can delay a trip or require a different route. We will try to keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee arrival times.
5. Drivers, partners and other service providers
Trips are carried out by drivers and vehicle partners approved by TripMila. We check the documents partners give us before approving them, but we do not guarantee how any individual will behave. 6. The website
We work to keep this website available and accurate, but it may be unavailable, slow or contain errors from time to time, for example during maintenance or because of problems with our providers. If a price or detail on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before confirming and you are free not to proceed.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing on this page excludes or limits any right you have under applicable law, including consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
